We'll do our best to respond as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours.
Open the app, select an available date and time, choose your desired treatment type, and click "Book Appointment". You'll receive immediate confirmation of your appointment.
Open the app, go to "My Appointments", select the appointment you want to cancel, and click "Cancel Appointment". We recommend canceling at least 24 hours in advance.
If you're late for an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to find a solution together. In cases of significant delay, it may be necessary to schedule a new appointment.
Open the app, go to Settings, and there you can update your personal information.
Notifications are enabled automatically. If you're not receiving notifications, check your device's notification settings and app permissions.
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the issue still exists, contact us by email.
We're available to answer your questions Sunday-Thursday between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Messages sent on weekends will be handled on the following Sunday.
